Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Understand customer needs, especially in construction materials.
• Work closely with contractors and companies in construction, civil, EPC, and pre-engineered steel building sector.
• Negotiate contracts and prices with customers.
• Follow up on delivery, payments, and shipping documents.
• Manage customer debt and credit limits.
• Coordinate with different departments to support customers well.
• Prepare sales and market reports.
• Travel for business when needed.
• Keep learning about the industry and market.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2-3 years of sales experience in construction materials, steel is preferred.
• Experience with construction contractors, civil, EPC.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work alone or in a team.
• Good English skills.
• Good with Microsoft Office (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel for work.
• Patient, friendly, open to learning, and able to adapt.
• Organized and pays attention to details.
